PR Villain Comic Relief Left Overs

Some were comic relief, some were scientists or smarties. Of course their personalities were different sometimes in the original Sentai. For example, Gluto, Choobo and Crunch were all more serious in their original versions. The only American one is Norg.

Bottom: Klank and Orbus, Prince Sprocket, Keglar, and Gluto

Following had toys: Squatt, Babboo, Finster, Flit, and Elgar. Choobo, Crunch, Octoroo, and Gluto had miniatures. Sprocket had a Japanese miniature figurine.

Following didn't have toys: Jindrax, Klank, Orbus, Porto, and Norg.
